Garages, estates, tenant leftovers and full house clear-outs. You point at it, Cliff and the van carry it out — including up and down stairs.

Clear-outs
Junk removal is the job people put off longest, usually because it is not really about the junk. It is about not knowing where to start, not having a vehicle big enough, and not wanting to spend a Saturday making six trips to the drop-off.
You point, we load. Cliff and the van handle the lifting and the carrying, whether it is coming out of a double garage, down from a loft, or up from a flat in Strand with no lift.
These deserve a word on their own. A deceased estate is not a normal removal job — things need to be looked at before they are loaded, and someone has to be able to say "wait, keep that one". Cliff works at whatever pace the family needs and will set aside anything you flag rather than clearing room by room on a timer.
For letting agents and landlords in the Helderberg, a between-tenants clear-out is usually the difference between listing this week and listing next month. Send photos of the unit and you will have a number back the same day.
Plenty of what comes out of a clear-out still has life in it. If there is furniture, tools or appliances in good enough shape, say so — there is no sense paying to landfill something a local charity or a Marketplace buyer would take off your hands. We also do Marketplace pickups if you have bought something bulky and need it fetched.
How to get an accurate number
Almost nobody can accurately describe how much stuff is in a garage. It is not a failure of memory — volume is genuinely hard to judge by eye, and people underestimate it nearly every time.
So skip the description. Send Cliff three photos: one of the space from the doorway, one of anything especially heavy or awkward (piano, safe, double-door fridge, sleeper couch), and one of the route the stuff has to travel to reach a vehicle. That is enough to quote properly, and the price you are given is the price you pay.

Nobody thinks in cubic metres. Everyone can picture a wheelbarrow. Drag the slider to roughly how many barrow loads are sitting there, and we'll tell you what it needs — then send it straight to Cliff.
A builder's wheelbarrow holds about 0.1 m³. Twenty-five of them fill one 2.5 m³ skip.
About 1.8 m³ — comfortably inside one 2.5 m³ skip. Leave it standing while you fill it over a day or two, then message Cliff to collect.
