Strand is next door. Daily routes through Beach Road, Onverwacht, Rusthof and Broadlands — well inside the no-extra-charge radius.

Next door
Strand sits on our doorstep, which puts essentially the whole town inside the 10 km radius where delivery and collection are included. No distance surcharge, no "we'll see if we're out that way" — Cliff is on these roads most days regardless.
Strand is also one of the more varied areas we work. Beachfront flats with no lift and tight parking. Family houses in Rusthof and Onverwacht with proper driveways and gardens that fill a skip twice a year. Estate properties off the golf course with access rules and a body corporate. And the older Strand North stock that is quietly being renovated flat by flat.
Each of those needs a different answer, which is why the quote starts with a photo rather than a price list.
A lot of Strand is apartments, and apartments change the job completely. Stairs instead of a lift, a loading bay you have to book, a caretaker who wants notice, and nowhere obvious to stand a skip. For most flat clear-outs a truck-and-driver collection beats a skip outright — the load comes down once, goes straight on the truck, and nothing sits in a communal parking bay annoying the neighbours.

The Beach Road strip generates constant turnover — seasonal lets ending, owners upgrading, tenants leaving furniture behind. Two things decide the price every time: which floor, and whether there is a working lift. Mention both when you message and the quote you get is the quote you pay. Stairs are absolutely fine; they just have to be in the number.
The residential blocks inland have established gardens, and established gardens produce serious volume when they are cut back. Garden refuse is a clean load, so as long as nobody slips black bags of household rubbish onto the pile, there is no sorting fee at all.
Strand North and the older central streets are being steadily reworked, which means rubble: tiles, plaster, old screed, the occasional cast-iron bath. For a renovation running over days, a skip standing on the property is far less disruptive than booking a collection every time the pile grows.
Greenways, Admirals Park, Anchorage Park and the surrounding complexes generally have rules about how long a container can stand and where. It is rarely a problem — but it is worth a quick check with your body corporate before booking, because rescheduling a drop is more annoying than making one phone call.

Nobody thinks in cubic metres. Everyone can picture a wheelbarrow. Drag the slider to roughly how many barrow loads are sitting there, and we'll tell you what it needs — then send it straight to Cliff.
A builder's wheelbarrow holds about 0.1 m³. Twenty-five of them fill one 2.5 m³ skip.
About 1.8 m³ — comfortably inside one 2.5 m³ skip. Leave it standing while you fill it over a day or two, then message Cliff to collect.
